Owner / Master Designer
Trained by Europe’s most prestigious master jewelers, Egon is an expert craftsman and renowned gemologist with more than 60 years of experience. He opened his studio in 1973, offering a level of expertise and craftsmanship found with no other retailer.
Arlene Ehrlinspiel
In-House Designer / Wax Carver
She is an expert in computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing. She has won numerous design awards including the 1999 Best International Design Award. Arlene has completed the Gemological Institute of America’s Diamond Grading courses. She has been part of the family for over 30 years.
David E. Martin
Graduate Gemologist
David earned his degree in residence at the Gemological Institute of America’s campus in Santa Monica, California. He is a member of the International Society of Appraisers and does insurance appraisals by appointment. David is Egon’s grandson and is committed to providing the same standards of quality and value as his grandfather.
Jon Buck
General Manager
Jon has been in the jewelry business since 1987. He is a recipient of the Diamond Grading certificates from the Gemological Institute of America. Jon handles the operations of the business and continues to enhance the shopping experience with the most breath taking jewelry selection in Central New York.
Tammy Buck
Designer
Tammy works in computer aided design to help you visually develop or remount the perfect ring, necklace, or pendant. She has been with us since 1999. She is on the forefront of style and fashion in jewelry and is here to show you the latest red carpet styles.
Rita Liberatore
Showroom Associate
Rita is our most experienced associate. She has a passion for fine jewelry that is second to none, and does our pearl stringing. She has been with us for 25 years and is the most recognizable of all our staff. If she can't find the perfect item for you then it doesn't exist!
Sharon Robarge
Showroom Associate
Sharon has been with us for over 12 years. Her love for diamonds has helped guide many men in picking out the perfect engagement ring for their brides-to-be. Her knowledge of the "Four C's" makes sure that you get the best value from your diamond jewelry purchase.

Jennifer has an extensive customer service background. She makes you feel welcome and relaxed. Her high energy gives you confidence that she is going to make your shopping experience delightful. Receptionist / Showroom Associate
Chances are great that if you have called us, you have met Chris. She answers your questions or directs your call to the appropriate person. Her extensive knowledge of jewelry makes it easy for her to help you shop confidently with us.
Don Herr
Diamond Setter
Don has probably set more diamonds for Central New York than any jeweler around. Everything from .005cts all the way up to 6.00cts. He is a master at setting colored gemstones as well. He has received training from some of the best teachers in the country. So, rest assured when you need your diamond or gem set, or re-set, Don is the one you want to do the job. Work is done on premises so when you choose one of our beautiful diamonds, he will set it for you the same day.
Edgar Tejada
Jeweler
Edgar is more than just a jeweler, he also fabricates jewelry. He can take your old gold, melt it, and make a ring, pendant, or bangle for you. He works with our laser welder to do heat sensitive repairs, such as platinum sizings. All done on premises.
Carol Likus
Part-time Showroom Associate
Carol already has a successful career outside of Egon Ehrlinspiel. She works here because she loves jewelry and loves to network with Egon's clientele. Her easy going style makes you feel comfortable and confident during your shopping experience.
Joyce Graves
Receptionist / Bookkeeper
Joyce has been with us since 2006. She handles all account receivables and payables. She takes incoming calls and answers questions or directs you to the appropriate person to help you. Her patience and kind demeanor will insure your needs are met. |
